Documents requirement of Machinery Breakdown Claims
- Statement of the occurrence of the loss. Any photographs, videos captured at the time of loss can also help surveyors to understand the loss event.
- Onus of Proof (Purchase Bill of Item)
- Proforma Invoice of Item Insured. (This is required to check the valuation of Sum Insured taken)
- Asset register, Log Book Copy (For manufacturing units).
- Repair/replacement bill.
- Claim form of the respective Insurance Company, duly filled.
